Join us Thursday, July 23, from 5–7 PM as we celebrate the opening of Find Your Happy Place. Light refreshments will be provided. The Studio by AFTS Gallery Suite 210, Level UL, Tower Square
Parking: On-street parking is free after 5 PM.
Getting In: Enter through Hot Table to access the elevators or escalators up to the gallery.
In a world that rarely slows down, Find Your Happy Place offered a simple invitation: pause, breathe, and paint.
Created by Dr. Greg Todd, Executive Director of MOCHA, and Sierra Myers, Executive Director of AFTS Gallery, this workshop series was born from a shared belief that creativity can be a powerful tool for healing. Held during Mental Health Awareness Month, the workshops gave participants a rare gift, a few uninterrupted moments to set aside the stress of work, school, and daily life, and reconnect with what brings them joy.
