Art For The Soul Gallery is powered by a small, committed team of staff, board members, and volunteers who believe in the transformative power of art. We come from many walks of life—artists, educators, organizers, and community members—but we are united by a shared commitment to creativity, access, and cultural expression. Together, we work to make the gallery a welcoming, inclusive space where artists and the community can connect, learn, and grow.

Volunteering is a meaningful way to support your community while gaining valuable experience in the arts, nonprofit operations, and creative engagement. Art For The Soul Gallery is always seeking enthusiastic, creative, and flexible volunteers to support our exhibitions, programs, and day-to-day gallery operations.
We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities, and roles can be shaped around your skills, interests, and availability. Whether you would like to gallery sit once a week, assist with organizational projects, help with events, or contribute a professional skill, we welcome volunteer applications year-round.

TEACH A WORKSHOP AT AFTS GALLERY
We are always looking for talented artists and creatives who want to connect with their community and share their skills. If you have an idea for a workshop, we want to hear from you!
Facilitating an Art Access Days workshop is a paid opportunity. Selected artists will receive a stipend as well as full coverage of materials, so you can focus on what you do best. There is no cost to submit your idea and we are actively seeking artists at all levels to be a part of this initiative.
Pitch us your workshop idea and help us bring more art, education, and opportunity to Springfield and Western MA.
