Over The Notch Pottery
I have been involved in ceramics since 2014. I started many years ago but was unable to continue at that time. But I had gotten bitten by the clay bug. The art of turning a lump of clay into a gorgeous mug, bowl, what have you, is an unending quest for what I have in my mind’s eye. I have exhibited at the Amherst Orchid Society annual show and sale, along with Easthampton’s Cultural Chaos, among other events. - Nancy Braymiller

EMILY MUNSELL
I am a mixed media painter who uses saturated colors and contrasting textures in my mixed media paintings. Plants and vines are recurring elements in my work. The resilient quality of plants relates to the themes of self acceptance, embracing imperfection, and womanhood that my paintings reflect.
Naggybroad

Creative Dexterity
Born in El Salvador and living most of her life in the United States, Lauren Anabela found creating, especially fabricating with their hands, a rewarding way to express themselves and honor their culture.
Being a transracial adoptee has not only shaped her world, but also her work, centering on their nature versus nurture journey of nostalgia, daydreaming, celebrating and, at times, being unapologetically brash in humor.
"The timeless path I envision for my pieces, from newly worn to hopefully being passed down as heirlooms, is a special reminder of why I create."
